Just talked to my youngest daughter this morning. She's living in hawaii on the main island -- LUCKY HER! how come she got so lucky!
I've been a part of the STRIKE AGAINST EBAY. I think we're seeing some results. At least I hope we are.

Hello to one and all -- What it's all about
I feel kinda strange starting this BLOG. Never done anything like this before so its a first for me. I guess I should introduce myself first. My name is Larry, and I live in Houston Texas with my life partner Abie. We've been together for 14 years, and some of its been great and some of ahhhh well lets just say we're still together, LOL.
Abie works at Dillards at the Galleria here in Houston and has been for the last 2 years their sales person.
I have a long background an an abstracter, right of way agent, landman. A long background being about 40 years! LOL Ooops giving my age away, well almost.
Currently, I am on hiatus from that industry, and have been setting up a couple of internet businesses, namely dealing with jewelry and the like, ie Native American Mexican or Mexico aka Tribal jewelry. I have always been intriqued by history and archeologoy, and have a Masters with Doctoral work in History, both European and Native American. I bought my first antique in 1967, oops again dating myself.

I've opened these stores because I'm upset at the new changes in ebay. Ebay, in my humble opinion has gotten too big their own britches. They started out as a means for the stay at home moms/dads to help supplement the families income, but now ebays has turned into a huge non feeling bigamoth! Don't know if the last word in that sentence is really a word or not, but there it is!
Anyway things change, and I'm glad of that. I want to stay young at least in my attitudes, and in my heart, can't help getting older, LOL!
I'll post more stuff as time goes on and see how this whole blog thing works!
Anywa, Ihope we have a new President that represents all the people in the next election! Haven't quite decided who I like the best, but I guess I've got plenty of time to do that yet!
